My clients are new to senior leadership and need a confidential space away from work to discuss challenges in their roles. They want to have time to think about their goals so they can have the success they desire. My clients are from a variety of sectors in Professional Services and are Senior Managers, Heads of Departments, Directors and Partners. Areas I coach on all help to build confidence and include;

Coaching with me

My coaching style is supportive, calm and curious. I am solution-focused and pragmatic in my approach. Coaching with me will;

I use a blended approach and a variety of tools in my coaching and always adapt to suit the individual. My aim is for you to become more self-aware, have time to reflect and feel ready to move forwards with your goals.

My experience

With over 18 years experience working in Corporate HR roles in Financial Services, Legal, Consulting and Education in London, I have supported numerous senior leaders to excel in their roles through coaching, training and advising. I have seen what makes a good leader, the challenges they face and how it can be daunting stepping in to a new senior role, so helping new leaders means a lot to me.

I have always enjoyed helping leaders to succeed and my interest in coaching led me to train formally as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School. Since qualifying I have enjoyed coaching several leaders and seeing them flourish in their roles.

I work as a Volunteer Coach for Careers Springboard supporting people who are seeking work. I am a member of Coaching Reading and provide pro bono coaching to the Reading Community. I am a partner Coach with ACEVO (Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations) and offer discounted coaching to it's members and to all the charities I work with.

In my spare time three areas keep me happy and busy;

1) Family - I enjoy spending time with my children and husband.

2) Fun - socialising with friends, going to the theatre and adventurous holidays.
