A sixteen week programme, of six one hour coaching sessions, to help you gain confidence so you can excel in your new senior leadership role and have the impact you want with ease.
Together we will discover your unique strengths and values so you can show up as an authentic leader. We will evaluate what is expected of you in your new role, identify the knowledge gaps and create a strategy plan for areas to work on. You will have time to think, obtain clarity and direction on areas which are important to you such as;
We will review the learnings from the coaching sessions, how you are going to implement them and stay on track with your goals. To help you develop you will complete a 12 month planner to enable on-going success.
With a blend of coaching, discovery exercises, reflection and forward planning you will leave the programme with confidence in your abilities in the early stages of your new position.
A package of three, one hour coaching sessions to help leaders before, during and after maternity or parental leave. The coaching package covers pre-leave preparations and a second session whilst on leave to help plan your return to work. A final back to work session will help ease you back in to the work place with confidence.

Coaching sessions are held on-line via Teams. Face to face coaching can be arranged in central London.
