Coaching focuses on your future and is a conversation with purpose and goal-setting to propel you forwards.
At the start of each coaching session we will discuss the goal you are looking to achieve. We will explore the topic and through gentle challenge, questioning, observations and feedback you will obtain insights and clarity on how you can move forwards. You will leave the coaching sessions knowing what action you need to take and have the desire to do so.
The coaching sessions are held on-line via Teams. If you would prefer to have face to face sessions this can be arranged in central London.
You can choose how you prepare for your coaching sessions. Sometimes giving lots of thought in advance is helpful. Alternatively, coming to the coaching sessions with a general idea of what you would like to talk about and then exploring that in the session works well. We will always spend time at the start of each session working out why the topic and goal is important to you.
